1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mochi: Anime Live Wallpaper AI (the “Service”), an iOS application and related backend services operated under the truthfinder-ai.net domain (“Mochi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mochi uses AI to animate still images (for example anime-style illustrations and photos) and helps you export results for uses such as Live Photos / lock-screen wallpapers. Features may include free limited generations, optional Pro subscriptions, push notifications about job status or free credits, and a local library of results on your device.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including generation quality options, motion styles, quotas, and third-party model providers. We will try to avoid unreasonable disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction).
• Mochi creates an anonymous account on your device for quota, jobs, and notifications. You are responsible for activity associated with your device/account.
• You must provide accurate information when contacting support and must not attempt to evade bans, quota limits, or device free-tier binding.
• To request deletion of account-linked data, follow the process in our Privacy Policy or email admin@truthfinder-ai.net.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

4.1 Plans currently offered

Paid access is sold as auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions under “Mochi Pro.” Plans currently offered for new purchase are:

Prices, local taxes, trial length, and generation allowances are displayed in the app / App Store at the time of purchase and may change. Remote configuration may adjust generation limits over time.

4.2 Legacy monthly plan

A monthly subscription was previously sold. It is not currently offered for new purchases. Existing subscribers who already purchased the monthly plan may keep that entitlement until they cancel or it expires under Apple’s billing rules. After cancellation/expiration, new paid access is only through plans then offered (currently Weekly and Annual).

4.3 Billing & renewal (Apple)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store account subscription settings).
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4.4 Free trials

• If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable under Apple’s rules.
• After a trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial end.
• Eligibility for trials is determined by Apple and may be limited to new subscribers.

4.5 Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple under Apple’s refund policies (for example via reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support). Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

4.6 Restore purchases

You can restore eligible Apple subscriptions using the restore-purchase control in the app. Entitlements are validated through Apple and our subscription provider (RevenueCat).

5. Generation Credits & Free Tier

• Free tier: Limited free generations may be available on a rolling window (for example roughly one free generation per day). Limits are device-bound to prevent abuse and may be changed via remote configuration.
• Pro quotas: Active Mochi Pro subscribers receive higher generation allowances according to their plan (for example weekly allowance for Weekly; daily cap structure for Annual). Exact numbers are shown in-app and may change.
• Consumption: A generation attempt that successfully completes processing generally consumes credit/quota. Failed jobs caused by our system errors may be refunded to quota at our discretion or via automated rules.
• No cash value: Credits, free allowances, and bonuses have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire according to plan rules or when your subscription ends, except where prohibited by law.
• Fair use: We may throttle, queue, or refuse generations that threaten service stability, security, or other users’ experience.

6. User Content & License

• Ownership: You retain ownership of images you upload and of outputs you are legally entitled to, subject to third-party rights in any source material.
• License to operate the Service: You grant Mochi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, reproduce, and display your uploaded content and generated outputs solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (including cloud GPU processing, temporary storage, delivery to your device, abuse prevention, and support debugging).
• No training use: We do not use your personal uploads to train our AI models (see Privacy Policy).
• Responsibility: You represent that you own or have all rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to grant the license above.
• Generated outputs: AI outputs may be imperfect, similar to other outputs, or constrained by model/provider terms. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Upload highly explicit sexual content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other content that violates Apple’s App Store policies or applicable law.
• Use the Service to harass, exploit, defraud, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service except where non-waivable law allows.
• Bypass quotas, device free-tier binding, paywalls, App Check, or other technical limits; or create multiple accounts/devices for abuse.
• Interfere with servers, networks, or other users (including malware, overload attacks, or unauthorized automation).
• Misrepresent the source of AI-generated content where disclosure is required by law.
• Use the Service for any purpose prohibited by export control or sanctions laws.

8. AI Generation Disclaimer

Results are produced by automated AI systems and third-party or self-hosted model infrastructure. We do not guarantee that any generation will be accurate, flattering, complete, artifact-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or available within a specific time.

Generation credits consumed for completed operations are generally non-refundable, except where we determine a failure was caused by our systems or where required by law. Queue times vary with demand and plan priority features, if any.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service—including the app, branding, UI, software, and documentation—is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the app or our branding without prior written permission, except as allowed by mandatory law.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused free credits, created illegal or infringing content, or threatened the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancel any paid subscription through Apple to avoid future charges. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content will be preserved beyond stated retention practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCHI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (EXCLUDING AMOUNTS PAID TO APPLE THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED NET OF COMMISSION, WHERE APPLICABLE UNDER LAW), OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mochi and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party right or law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Courts located in the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except that you may bring claims in your local courts where mandatory law requires, and we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK or another region with mandatory protections, nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in-app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where further consent is required by law.
