1. Subscriptions and Payments
- Mochi offers recurring subscription plans ("Mochi Pro"). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless strictly canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
2. User Generated Content
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of the images you upload. We claim no ownership over your original characters (OCs) or illustrations.
- Responsibility: You must own or have the necessary rights to use the images you upload.
- Content Restrictions: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property, or violates Apple’s standard safety guidelines (including highly explicit NSFW material).
3. AI Generation Disclaimer
Because results are AI-generated, Mochi cannot guarantee flawless visual accuracy for every image. Generation credits consumed for completed operations are generally non-refundable unless resulting from a system failure on our end.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine breaches these Terms.
